Nice rooms with a good view and comfortable beds. Friendly staff who provided excellent service.- Convenient location close to great restaurants and activities.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the windows, showed signs of mould. Restaurants and the health centre were closed during my stay.

It was a warm and welcoming hotel in an excellent location. The cafe offered good coffee in comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurants were good.

This hotel is perfectly located in the centre of town, with everything you need within walking distance. You can explore the variety of cafes and shops right next to the hotel, and even the Cathedral is just a stone's throw away. The rooms offer lovely views over the city, and I particularly enjoyed the walk-in shower. The hotel provides all the basic amenities you need, and the breakfast with a good view was a great start to the day.

My husband was fishing for the time we were there. The location of the Hotel allowed me to walk to the Botanical Gardens, the Museum, the Cathedral, the beach, as well as do myriads of shopping.

Enjoyable stay well presented room good and tidy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was close to some fabulous restaurants and several decent eateries. Moreover, the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well maintained and clean, and the breakfast served was delicious.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location in Trafalgar square was ideal. The outdoor pool and facilities were extremely good. Restaurants and shops are plentiful close by. The hotel is spacious and the rooms modern and bright.

No balcony in the room.

The location was ideal. We enjoyed the room,but thought that the Bar and Restaurant could be doing witrh some money spent on them to bring them more "up to date".

The manageress in the Restaurant was a bit "scary". Too efficient . Did not show genuine care and attention in her effort to provide the service.

The location is excellent and the size of the rooms good. We also liked using the gym and pool

The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning. The food is very average in Oceania and the bar is very dated.

Great place to stay, close to all the things we wished to do - the only let down was no soap in the room the first night.

The Heritage Hotel in Nelson provided a fantastic base for our recent stay. The quiet and spacious rooms offered a great view from the top floors. Despite not being the most modern, the hotel had a certain charm and character. We appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff who guided us on where to find free parking and the nearest supermarket. The location was convenient, close to downtown and the market. We also enjoyed the bar, which had a lovely atmosphere.

This was our 2nd visit so the hotel was familiar.Staff friendly and efficient,perfect location as we did not have a car. Relaxing and calm surroundings.

The proximity to central city means that you have access to restaurants, bars, shopping, marina etc
